A note from Elizabeth
Putting my art and writing into the world is so satisfying; for me, it’s the final step in the creation process. Thanks for participating by taking in what I’ve made. Here’s a bit more about me:
- A few of my favorite poets: Ada Limón, Emily Dickinson, Mary Oliver and Alfred Tennyson.
- Other artists who inspire me: Lin-Manuel Miranda, Kristen Cashore, and The Greedy Peasant.
- Books that have made me feel seen or have inspired me: Graceling by Kristen Cashore, Very Far
Away From Anywhere Else, by Ursula LeGuin, Nightbitch by Rachel Yoder, A Room with a View
by E.M. Forster.
- Things that bring me joy: raising our daughters, hot tea, vibrant colors, knitting, yoga, forests, and
forget-me-nots.
